Refunds & Modifications
At Nigeria Code Works, we want every project to have a clear and professional process from beginning to completion.
Refunds
If a refund has been approved under the applicable project agreement, our policy is to process the refund immediately after the refund has been approved and the necessary information has been confirmed.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in the client’s account may depend on the bank, payment provider, card network, or other financial institution used for the original transaction.
Project Cancellation
If a client requests cancellation after work has already commenced, the refund amount, if any, may depend on the work already completed, third-party costs incurred, and the specific terms agreed for the project.
Modification Requests
We want you to be satisfied with the final product. Reasonable modifications within the agreed project scope can be made during the development process. Examples may include text changes, image changes, minor layout adjustments, minor design changes, and corrections to agreed functionality.
Additional Changes
Requests that significantly change the original design, functionality, structure, or project requirements may be considered additional work and may attract additional charges. We will communicate any additional cost before proceeding.
Third-Party Costs
Costs paid to third-party providers, including domains, hosting companies, premium software providers, payment processors, APIs, cloud services, SMS providers, email providers, or other external services, may be subject to the refund policies of those providers.
